Universal pathways of conscious evolution, these practices are inclusive ways to understand yourself and your relationship to the world around you.  We have a dedicated yoga studio onsite at Freedive Gili and a team of passionate Yoga Teachers who will inspire you to embrace a holistic way of life.

Your Teachers

Kate Middleton is the founder of Gili Yoga, an experienced Yoga Teacher Trainer and Vice World Champion Freediver. A 14 time National Record holder for team NZ, Kate understands the intimate connection between Freediving and Yoga and passionately shares that through her classes and courses. She dives to over 85 meters (280 feet) and attributes her success to diving from the heart. Her approach is playful and passionate, exploring the inner world one breath at a time in celebration of all that we are.

Our beautiful island yoga studio is run by Kate Middleton, Yoga Teacher Trainer and Vice World Champion Freediver. At Gili Yoga, we offer daily classes for beginners to advanced practitioners and a wide range of styles to help you breathe, sweat and transform. Yoga classes on offer: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Meditation, Intro to Yoga and Fly High! Yoga. Yoga and Meditation are a transformational compliment to Freediving, athletics and your life in general!

Yoga for Freediving

Are you interested in learning sport specific techniques rooted in the ancient wisdom and science of Yoga? We offer private yoga classes with Freedivers in mind. Develop confidence in a safe yoga practice, tailored to your body and goals. Learn specific breathing techniques and meditations to help you overcome barriers. Feel relaxed, rejuvenated and deeply at peace.
